LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Real Time Identity® is a dynamic and engaging methodology designed to help individuals and teams explore, understand, and articulate their identity in a meaningful way.

Personal Identity Exploration Workshop
Objective: Help participants uncover and articulate their personal identity, aligning it with their values, strengths, and life goals.
Activities: Begin with an introduction to the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology and the importance of understanding personal identity. Participants will build models representing key aspects of their personal identity, such as values, strengths, and significant life experiences. They will then share their models with the group, discussing how these elements influence their decisions and behaviors. Team Identity Alignment Workshop
Objective: Facilitate a team’s discovery and alignment of a shared identity, enhancing collaboration and cohesion.
Activities: Start with an introduction that explains the importance of a cohesive team identity and the goals of the workshop. Each team member will build a model that represents their perception of the team's identity, including values, strengths, and culture. The team will then collaborate to create a unified model that integrates individual perceptions into a cohesive team identity. Organizational Identity Definition Workshop
Objective: Assist an organization in defining and articulating its identity, aligning it with its mission, vision, and values.
Activities: Begin with an introduction that emphasizes the importance of a clear and consistent organizational identity. Participants will build models that represent different aspects of the organization's identity, such as its core values, culture, and mission. The group will then work together to create a comprehensive model that integrates these elements into a cohesive organizational identity. Participants will discuss how this identity aligns with the organization's vision and mission, identifying any gaps or areas for improvement. The workshop will conclude with action planning, where participants develop strategies to reinforce and communicate the organizational identity both internally and externally.
Identity and Brand Alignment Workshop
Objective: Align an organization’s identity with its brand, ensuring consistency and authenticity in messaging and customer experience.
